Michael continued to handle real estate, general business and litigation after establishing his own law practice in 2000. In particular business clients inquired about estate planning. As a former accountant Michael found estate planning to be a natural extension of his practice. In time Michael included probate in his practice as well. His clients have included small businesses, individuals, Property Owner Associations, various government entities, including Municipal Utility Districts, Cities, the San Jacinto River Authority and Montgomery County.
As an experienced litigator in the areas of real estate and general business, Michael has been asked over the years to serve as a mediator by fellow attorney’s that are familiar with his experience. After having success as a mediator, he then decided to purse mediation as a major part of his business. He has attended and completed training to be a professional mediator which allows him to be appointed by the Courts. Michael’s mediation practice has continued to grow, becoming a major part of his practice.
